House 7

 This turned out to be a really big house.. could probably hold 12 sims... Log exterior.

 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, all stuffed into one level.

Interior garage down in the basement. and a pool, workout center, 2nd kitchen, and fireplace for the reck room.

 This house is special!!! It has a cool driveway, first of all. Secondly, its got 2 fireplaces. And .. its an octagonal house! I looove to build these.

House 5

 This house was inspired by the freakin huge mansion in the movie "Hello Sister, Goodbye Life" available on Netflix. I did not get the color scheme, layout, or rooms quite right.. not even close actually. But this ones just as awesome.

 Cabana + pool+ cherry tree

 Back of the mansion, lights everywhere for a great effect after the sun goes down in simworld. Notice the cool cabana porch and the outdoor, free-standing fireplace!

 Landscaped front of the porch, Do you notice the pure white range rover in the driveway? Yeaaaaa. The stairway is insane, since the Sims does not Currently offer curved stairways, I improvised. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The other bathroom is downstairs.

 You walk into the house to see a huuge dining room, with a serving table, bar and lounge area. The kitchen is large, with granite counter tops marble floor, and of course, stainless steel appliances. The living room is interesting.. I actually don't remember why i designed it that way. Sims house lots did not give me enough space.. so that whole living room is an awkward shape.

And now you can see the cabana in detail. Closed off changing room/bathroom with storage. The other half is a sauna with a comfy bench. Tried to make it realistic, but in the movie they never did show inside of the cabana.

House 4

 This is a small house meant for a compensating bachelor. It is very fancy, so is his car. There is a huge willow tree just to fill in the empty yard space, and an awesome front walkway. A stucco foundation-type of outdoor wall treatment is used for that manly look, and a whimsical door, because I could.

 There is a manly living room complete with big screen TV and game system, a manly bathroom, a manly kitchen that will never be used, and a manly master bedroom that will be used ALOT.

Did you see that manly red car?!

House 3

 Now this is what I call a farmhouse! Pure white picket fence, opening to a dirt path, leading right up to a wanna-be wrap-around porch. Beautiful. The outdoor wall treatment was hard to do, but totally worth it. I have a lovely cherry tree and an ornamental pear tree.

 As you can see in this picture, the upstairs has a great big fireplace and not one but two bathrooms! I do not know why  I did this. And a nice old-lady style bedroom complete with antique lamp and corny window treatments.

The downstairs has a pristine white room for guests and such, and the very woody living room/kitchen is the best open floor plan anyone could ask for!

House 2

 I do not find the need to name my properties, but they do have their own themes. This home is modeled after my own home, a raised ranch, but has some twists and turns. The living room and dining room are separated by stairs. The kitchen is technically eat-in, but there is still that huge dining room waiting to be used. Since my house is painfully blue, I modeled this one in the same fashion... too much blue! Also, wood paneling from the 80's!

 You can click on these for a closer look. Yes, that is a fireplace in the kitchen, a wonderful twist in design.. could be very useful if there is no outdoor living space for s'mores.

 This stairway takes us up to a reck room which connects to two bedrooms and one bathroom.
